Research On Plugging Technology Of Deep Exploration Wells In The Northeast Of Sichuan

Leakage channels of deep exploratory wells generally are cracks and porosity in the northeast of Sichuan ,there are many malignant leakage layer segments of Crack fracture and caved type, and spraying and leakage happening at the same time is common , safety density window of drilling fluid is narrower, drilling construction is with great risk. Owing to the imperfection of effect evaluation of the sealing agents and using limitations of the plugging material, affect the right choice of The plugging agents, so that bearing pressure ability after plugging could not reach construction requirements, it is badly in need of optimization between existing chemical consolidation plugging system and bridge plugging technology, finds a more suitable plugging liquid system formula water in the northeast of Sichuan of the northeast of Sichuan.This paper firstly according to the well leakage type and geology and drilling site material existing in the study area of deep exploratory wells in the northeast of Sichuan, draw the stratigraphic loss law of the northeast of Sichuan. Secondly, at present on the basis of well leakage processing method , combining indoor experiments and making a combination optimization to the various components of chemical consolidation plugging system formula , finally gets the basic formula of chemical crosslinking consolidation plugging liquid .According to the planar radial flow theory,?puts forward evaluation test methods of blocking slurry seal ratio, by contrast obtain that ordinary plugging liquid seal ratio is 32% , chemical consolidation plugging agents seal ratio is 97%. Meanwhile, on the basis of temperature-to-resistance, compressive experiment of bridge materials, conduct the optimum experiment to the plugging formula module of 2mm crack module , obtain the main factors that affected 2mm crack loss and the optimal formula that seals cracks of this size . Finally, applying the chemical crosslinking consolidati plugging pulp and bridge plugging technology to 5 absorption wells carry out the field tests in northeast of Sichuan , plugging effect is remarkable. The research content of this paper provides guidance basis to the future governance of absorption wells and the determination of reasonable plugging scheme of northeast of Sichuan.
