| Because humans attach importance to economic, look down on protection, cause environmental pollution and ecological crisis is worsening, human development met new bottleneck..We should have a clear understanding that human society is an integral part of ecosystems, human's production and life should be based on natural resources and carrying capacity on the natural environment, The research point out that we must change the concept of development, innovate development model, and take the road of development of ecological civilization.The party congress explicitly pointed out that" to construct ecological civilization, to walk resource saving and environmentally friendly way". As the demonstration area of china,to take the road of ecological civilization is the esential choice of the sustainable development.According to the understanding of ecological civilization,the CTZ(Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan) evaluation index system of ecological civilization is created,which is using nature, economic, social and cultural as the main contents,main using AHP and method of entropy methods for the evaluation of ecogical civilization of CZT, to get the comprehensive score of ecological civilization level。Finally this paper analyzed the existing problems and reasons in the construction of ecological civilization and point out that CZT city group should take the road of sustainable development with ecological civilization-oriented. The concept of ecological civilization should be mixed to the political, economic and cultural construction in various fields, the fact is that to construct a green, low-carbon policy agenda with ecological civilization-oriented;to build a high-tech economic development system which is based on environmental protection, and to establish a conscious social ideology with ecological civilization, to form a consensus that is taking the road of development of ecological civilization in the whole society, to improve and meet the people's happiness in greatest degree. |
