Urban Wetland Park, as a new form of wetland protection and utilization, a great many problems existing in its development. Urban Wetland Park would have reasonable landscape pattern and good water environment quality with the help of scientific functional zoning and effective management. Finally, Urban Wetland Park could not only maintain the ecosystem health, but also exert its due service functions.This paper chooses Xixi Wetland Park as the study object. The water quality of wetland was surveyed from April 2009 to March 2010 in the Wetland Park. We divided the landscape functional areas and analyzed its landscape pattern by using Remote Sensing and GIS technology. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the present condition and spatial-temporal changes. At last, we analyzed the relationship between its landscape structure and water environment quality. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) As a whole, Xixi Wetland Park has a large number of patches and they distribute densely; its abundance of the landscape types is higher and the diversity indexes are large. The water landscape is large-scale and dominated. The water environment quality is between Gradeâ…¢and IV, the organic pollution and the eutrophication are serious. In the difference of time, the water quality was the worst in wet season and at grade IV, the water quality was the best in low water period and at Grade II.(2) According to the Comprehensive Protection Project and Design of Xixi Wetland Park, it can divided three functional areas, which are the wetland ecotourism area, the wetland ecological conservation and cultivation area, the wetland ecological closed cultivation area. There are clear differences in landscape functions, structure and pattern. The main functions of ecotourism area are entertainment, ecotourism and display of wetland landscape, which distributes vast water area and the ponds with complicated shapes, this functional area has advantage in water area which is reigning. The wetland ecological conservation and cultivation area's main functions are protection, rehabilitation and cultivation of wetland landscape, education on popular science is also an important function. This area distributes small and regularly shaped ponds, which has high fragmentation index and low dominance index. The wetland ecological closed cultivation area is mainly in rehabilitation and display of original wetland geographical feature, it also distributes small and regularly shaped ponds; In comparison to other functional areas, it still has extensive agricultural land and keeps the manufacture.(3) Because of the structure and function are different in every functional areas of Xixi Wetland Park, there is also differences in the water environment quality. In the ecotourism area, the individual indicators of the water environment quality are the least, except the dissolved oxygen, they are between the Grade II and III. In the ecological conservation and cultivation area, the individual indicators of the water is medium and at Grade III to IV. In the ecological closed cultivation area, there is higher ammonia nitrogen and organics, the organic pollution and the eutrophication are serious, the water quality is at the Grade IV to V.(4) For Xixi Wetland Park, it's significantly related between the landscape structure and function and water environment quality; the area, shape of the water and landscape diversity are directly proportional to the water environment quality; the landscape evenness index and landscape fragmentation index are inversely proportional to the water environment quality.
