Study On The Preparation Of Rubber For Table Tennis

In this paper, we select natural rubber, butyl benzene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber rubber as base material of the different grades of table tennis pat rubber. The effects of the blending ratio, compounding agent and curing conditions on rubber were studied(1)High-grade rubber balls were prepared by natural rubber and butyl benzene. The effects of the blending ratio, different kinds of accelerators and sulfur content on mechanical properties of rubber were studied. The experiment results show that when the content of NR was 55 phr, the content of BR 45 phr, sulfur was 2 phr the rubber had good mechanical properties and no spraying frost.(2)Low-grade rubber balls were prepared by natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber The influences of the blending ratio, different kinds of accelerators, the content of calcium carbonate fillers and curing conditions on mechanical properties of rubber were studied. The experiment results show that when the content of NR was 80 phr. the content of SBR 20 phr, the accelerator M 1 phr. the accelerator DM 1 phr, the accelerator D 2 phr and calcium carbonate 180 phr the rubber had good mechanical properties and no spraying frost. The optimum curing conditions can be achieved when the curing time was 8 min and the curing temperature was 135℃.
