| This paper, which using synthetic study methods of theoretical analysis,field measurement and numerical simulation, studies the distribution law of coal stress and gas pressure and the effect law of coal stress on gas pressure in high gas coal seam deeply. The paper concludes that there is a similar trend between coal stress and gas pressure in the front of the working face, there is a peak zone between coal stress and gas pressure in the trend direction of working face; There are three stages during the process of stress changing:the stress stable stage,the stress changing greatly stage and the stress decreasing stage; there are also three stages during the process of gas pressure changing:the gas pressure stable stage,the gas pressure changing greatly stage and the gas pressure decreasing stage; In the trend direction of working face, the peak position of gas pressure is ahead of that of coal stress. Gas pressure under the effect of stress shell has dynamic response for mining stress, mining stress is the primary factor influencing gas pressure, the change of gas pressure is controlled by that of coal seam, there is a phenomenon that gas pressure increases locally in coal seam under the effect of mining stress, the distribution of gas pressure and coal stress presents positive correlation. The research results have certain guiding significance for preventing gas accidents and drainage and utilization of gas resources. |
