This paper wants to Study pyrolysis process of four common PVC Decoration Materials and Selects PVC Plates,PVC Plastic,PVC Pinch,PVC Casing,and adopts TG-DSC-MS techniques in TGA experiment for Researching four PVC materials at different Heating rate including 5℃/min,10℃/min,15℃/min. The paper Analysis the TG curves In order to understand the process of change with temperature of PVC materials and The impact of the heating rate on the pyrolysis process. The thermal decomposition process of PVC material is divided into three main stages of weight loss and the DTG curve shows three phases can be clearly demonstrated three peaks. The paper calculates the kinetic parameters of Different temperature ranges of PVC materials With the Coast-Redfern integral method,andThe result is that the thermal parameters of The four PVC samples under different heating rates in different temperature ranges are between 0 to 2, and verifies the accuracy of kinetic parameters through the inverse method of integration.
