The pre-calcining process is a new technique developed in the 1950s. To achieve the effect of pre decomposition technique, the decomposing furnace must be controlled in relatively stable temperature. At present, to satisfy the requirement of production process, the temperature of decomposing furnace is controlled by adjusting correlative parameters artificially, which bring many problems such as low production efficiency, high energy consumption and unstable quality, etc.This paper aims at problems of temperature control in pre-calcining process, the main work of the paper are as follows:(1) Based on the introduce of pre-calcining process, the type and structure of decomposing furnace, working principles and reaction processes of double combustion and denitration are analyzed, the key variables influencing the temperature of decomposing furnace in theory are concluded.(2) The traditional PID controller, Fuzzy-PID compound controller and parameter adaptive controller are constructed, the transfer functions between the temperature of decomposing furnace and variables are identified based on the field dates by indent identification toolbox in MATLAB software. The simulation models by simulink toolbox in matlab are structured and three controllers are simulated respectively.(3) The temperature detecting circuit based on MSP430 is designed, the main device used in the hardware circuit and the principle diagrams are gived, the physical drawing of hardware and software flow chart are showed also.
