With the rapidly development of husbandry in Jiangxi Province, in particular the rapidly development of large-scale breeding. If the wastewater from these large-scale farms have not addressed, the water quality of Poyang Lake will cause great pollution, resulting in the destruction of Poyang Lake ecosystem. piggery wastewater contains large amounts of organic compounds, ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N), and the concentration of piggery wastewater is basically 20 to 50 times than domestic sewage. Typically, the size of piggery wastewater treatment using natural ecosystem requires a lot of land, and the traditional single anaerobic or aerobic technology also can not be achieved piggery wastewater treatment discharge standards.According to characteristics of large-scale piggery wastewater, it will use the internal and outer circulation of anaerobic and sequencing batch biofilm reactor(SBBR) and the constructed wetlands technology for treatment. Through the commissioning and operation of the reactor, the results show that:(1) Inoculated anaerobic granular sludge, the water way of high frequency and short pulse.By adjusting the water flow, control the hydraulic retention time (HRT), gradually increase the volume load successfully launched the combined internal and outer circulation (IOC) reactor.(2) By the mode of a continue aeration and intermittent aeration, COD and NH3-N of SBBR removal rates could be higher than 85% and 90%,respectively,after SBBR was biologically cultivated for 24 days.(3) The IOC anaerobic reactor has high organic removal(CODcr removal rate of more than 85%), shock load capability and short HRT,. But NH3-N and TN removal in general,or even the phenomenon of concentration increase, it mainly due to ammoniation and invalid release of phosphorus in anaerobic.(4) SBBR reactor deal directly with farm anaerobic effluent or slurry, it poorly removal of organic matter, but increase the raw water can greatly improve the handling capacity of the reactor. About the proportion of raw water, the greater the lower the effluent concentration of organic matter. When the distribution ratio was 30%, the lowest effluent concentration, and anaerobic digestion or biogas slurry on the improvement of the best.(5)Use of constructed wetlands on the depth of SBBR effluent treatment, COD average removal rate reached 59.2% or more, NH3-N removal rate reached 35.7%. Combined process of water quality can meet GB18596-2001 "Discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding" requirement.(6) the combined technology of typical projects has many advantages such as low one-time investment, small size, low operating costs, better environmental and economic and social benefits, it is worth to be promoted in the application of swine wastewater treatment.
