Because of the development of science and technology in modern society, the processing precision of the products becomes higher and higher. And to the nozzle in the engine, the processing quality directly affects its energy consumption, economy and emissions performance. Traditional polishing methods are difficult to process parts with complex shapes and micro-hole. Based on this reason, this paper carried out studies on abrasive flow polishing technology.Firstly, the principle of technology such as abrasive flow is analyzed and researched in this paper. And then the preparation which can make up economic abrasive grain flows is proposed. According to the actual situation of the workpiece, an experimental platform is also designed. Finally, the effect of various experimental parameters on the workpiece table and surface roughness is discussed through experimental processing.The results show that different abrasive concentration, abrasive particle size, processing time and processing pressure have a different effect on the surface of the workpiece produce.
