A lot of GM plants have appeared in our lives, for example genetically engineered corn, soybean, rapeseed, cotton and potatoes. Many plants have been approved for commercial use in our country, but we still need to import many things, especially genetically modified soybean. Although the genetic engineering is developping quickly, its security was still questioned by people. Our traditional foods are inspected over millennia. Because DNA of genetically modified food has been changed, its merit or dismerit is difficult to identify in a short time. In order to let people know and have right to choose genetically modified food, we need to identify out whether this kind of food containing four genes.Because of the GM food's safety, prudent measure are implementing in many countries which demand unambiguously identifies to the genetically modified food. Because of the enormous economic benefits, many illegal businesses break the rules. Sometimes exogenous gene is likely to interfuse the daily food, which infringe the people's right to know the truth. This requires inspection personnels to detecte the exogenous gene in time, in order to eliminate this. And to safeguard their national security, many countries set the lower bound of the provisions of genetically modified food and thresholds are lower, so we need to issue the reports to the production before exporting. This raises a further claim to our inspection body and improving the standards is very urgent.In the GM detection, our country started fairly late. With our international trade continuing to expand, our industry standards began to show its limitations, which means many exogenous genes can not be detected. In this paper this test learned from foreign countries'standards. According to the concrete situation in our country, we are trying to validate and fill the blanks to detect the exogenous gene which we can't detect in the past. In this experiment genetically modified soybean 40-3-2, A2704-12, DP-305423-1, MON89788, genetically modified corn MON810, Bt11, Bt176, T25, CBH351, GA21, MON863, NK603, TC1507, 59122, MIR604, MIR162, DP98140, 3272, TC1507 and genetically modified rapeseed Ms8, Rf3, RT73, T45 lines were validated. The results show that test results of this method are very accuracy. This approach can be very good for detecting these foreign genes. The test results do not appear any false positive phenomenon and have very strong prcaticability, and highly practical.This test uses real-time PCR methods to carry out testing. This method is one of most advanced detection methods in the world, which has many advantages, for example accurate detection, short of period, specificity, high sensitivity. So it is able to meet the needs of our daily testing. |
