| An 89C51 microcontroller system is used in this design. It can achieve the water-level's automatic control of a surge tank by the design of an adaptable, high-precision surge tank's balancing controller. The functions of the system include measuring the liquid-level, alarming in the low water level and the high water level, balancing the water level in the best working conditions etc. The technologies which are mainly used in the process of the design are sensor technology, microcontroller technology, alarm technology and the technology of light current controls heavy current. The liquid level detection system with the LU10 ultrasonic liquid lever meter produced by FLOWLINE Company, which has a simple structure, strong anti-interference and high sensitivity. And this design uses the 51 microcontroller system to control signal processing of the whole circuit, also uses a simple and effective diode to alarm the balance of the surge tank well and a relay to accomplish the automatic control of driving the screw by light current controls heavy current. |
