The surface modification on the ATTP,conductive polymer materials and conducting polymeraniline composite materials was studied. In this paper six materials were prepared, they are the TDI-ATTP and MDI-ATTP powder, the SA-PANI and HCl-DBSA-PANI conductive polymer materials, the SA-PANI/TDI-ATTP and SA-PANI/MDI-ATTP conducting composite materials,HCl-DBSA-PANI/TDI-ATTP and HCl-DBSA-PANI/MDI-ATTP conducting composite materials. The structure of prepared materials were characterized by modern techniques,Four probe method was used to study the conductivity of materials, The main research contents were as follows:1 The-NCO of TDI and MDI can easily react with -OH and H2O in the ATTP, TDI-ATTP powder were prepared through TDI as a modify agent, The optimum modified conditions was obtained in this study, The result showed that the reaction degree could reach 57.46%. MDI-ATTP powder were prepared through MDI as a modify agent on the condition of that result, The result showed that the reaction degree could reach 74.15%. The structure of TDI-ATTP and MDI-ATTP power were characterized by IR, XRD and TG techniques, the results showed the surface of ATTP have been Modified.2 HCl-DBSA-PANI conductive polymer materials were prepared through DBSA and HCl as a doping agent, The optimum modified conditions was obtained in this study. The result showed that the conductivity could reach 0.3525S/cm., HCl-DBSA-PANI/TDI-ATTP and HCl-DBSA-PANI/MDI-ATTP conducting composite materials were prepared with in-situ polymerization methods on the condition of that result. The conductivity also remained from 0.3115 to 0.0172S/cm and from 0.1335 to 0.0148S/cm. The structure of HCl-DBSA-PANI and HCl-DBSA-PANI/TDI-ATTP and HCl-DBSA-PANI/MDI-ATTP were characterized by IR, XRD, TG, SEM and TEM techniques.3 SA-PANI conductive polymer materials were prepared through SA as a doping agent, The optimum modified conditions was obtained in this study. The result showed that the conductivity could reach 1.5625S/cm. SA-PANI/TDI-ATTP and SA-PANI/MDI-ATTP conducting composite materials were prepared with in-situ polymerization methods on the condition of that result. The conductivity also remained from 0.4941 to 0.0261S/cm and from 0.6849 to 0.0232S/cm. The structure of SA-PANI and SA-PANI/TDI-ATTP and SA-PANI/MDI-ATTP were characterized by IR, XRD, TG, SEM and TEM techniques.
