Social science is a social phenomenon for the study of science, its task is to describe the study of social phenomena and the development law. Social science research is the complexity of social issues or social and historical phenomenon, and so they have a self-organizing, self-creation, self-development capacity, not only reflect on the nature and structure of complexity, but also by the many natural and social variable constraints between these variables is often related to each other, with non-linear, self-organization relationship, the use of traditional methods of analysis increasingly reveals limitations, so we have the problem of self-organization in the social sciences study. With the continuous development of science today, self-organizational issues continue to reflect its importance, with the interdisciplinary nature, involving almost all of the discipline level. Social system is such a complex self-organizing system:it is by a simple cell structure, without external instruction can be self-organizing, self-creation, self-evolution, which can independently from disorder to order, and nonlinear mechanisms closely related, emphasizing the system's sensitivity to initial conditions and the system showed the ability of the discontinuous behavior, seeking to explain the system in the initial state of confusion orderly behavior patterns, that is, trying to explain the source the orderly emergence of chaos. Social self-organization phenomenon is not very common, and a very close relationship with the natural sciences, not only for natural science research provides a new set of ideas, and new basic concepts and theoretical approaches starting to explore the formation and evolution of social systems basic rules of an enlightened social science exploration of self-organization phenomena. Science research and application of self-organization problem largely confined to the physical sciences, biological sciences and natural sciences, in other areas, especially the social sciences, so far largely remain at the qualitative level, quantitative analysis and modeling the establishment still needs to be. This article is based on the interpretation and understanding of the nature of the social sciences and run the self-organizing nature of social science theory, research which laid the foundation of its philosophical meaning of the social sciences since the organizational issues of ontology, epistemology and methodology foundation.
