| In Banach spaces,WM property plays an important role in geometric theory.It has a lot of relations with other convexities.WM point is a description of WMproperty in the microcosmic sence.Thus,the research of WM point is very importan-t.Nowadays,there are lots of research and achievements in WM property. Especiallyin Orlicz spaces,the research of WM point and WM property is nearly complete.This article shows WM point and WM property in another way. The starting pointis the relations with WM point,S point and smooth point, and further the relationswith WM property,S property and smoothness. Hope to make it clearly.In Chapter I,we introduce the origin and development of Banach spaces andOrlicz spaces,and then,point out the signifcance of the research in pointwise.In Chapter II,we summarize the conclusions of WM point,S point and smoothpoint,and discuss the relations with them,and we get the results below:(1)In BanachSpace,S point is WM point;(2)In M,and M∈(?)2,if x∈S(M) is smooth point,thenx is WM point;And so is LM.In Chapter III,we further discuss the WM property,S property and Smooth-ness.And we get the following results:(1)If X is a Banach space,if X has S proper-ty,then X has WM property.If M∈(?)2∩(?)22,in Orlicz function spaces,we have Sproperty Smoothness W M property. |
