In the recent years, the quantum phase of neutral particles is at the forefront of particle physics, and attracted much interests in physics. The studies concerned about AB effect clearly show that charged particle or the particle with dipole moment moving in an electromagnetic field can produces the AB phase. From these results we inspired that the particle with quadrupole or multipole moment moving in an electromagnetic filed may also induces the quantum phase of the AB type.In this paper we mainly present our three works concerned about the quantum phase of neutral particles. In first chapter, we introduce some properties of electric AB phase; AB phase of the particles which possesses an electric dipole, quadrupole and multipole moment on commutative space, in the presence of an external magnetic field; And we also introduce some properties of the NCS, NCPS. In chapter two, three, we study these AB phase in the case of NCS, as well as NCPS, and obtained some additional phase terms which produced by the noncommutativity of space. In chapter four, we study the electric Aharonov-Bohm effect in the case of NCS, and obtained some additional phase terms which produced by the noncommutativity of space. In chapter five, we summarize our three works concerned about the Aharonov-Bohm phase of particles.
