The form of global social economic will come into the knowledge economic mode. As the micro foundation and important carrier for the development of knowledge economy, service enterprises mainly refer to enterprises engaged in service industry especially the enterprises of modern production services. Service enterprise's operation principle is focused on all customer demand and satisfies different personalized customer demand with the fastest service speed and optimal service quality. Knowledge workers refer to the strong learning ability and innovation groups that enable to make full use of modern technology and professional knowledge to improve their work efficiency. The core resources for service enterprises are knowledge workers, so it makes significant meaning and application value of keeping dynamic stability of knowledge workers in the fierce competition. As an effective nonlinear feedback control strategy with simple arithmetic, the sliding mode control methods is easy to implement in the actual problems and meets the internal parameter perturbation and has completely robustness to external interference under the condition of matching system.It makes significant research meaning and application value of keeping dynamic stability of knowledge workers in service enterprises, in this paper, the general form of service knowledge workers dynamic system model is given. With the method of mathematical and control basic theory, the dynamic system of the knowledge workers in service enterprises is analyzed by using sliding mode control methods. Combined with the sliding mode control methods design of knowledge workers in a tourism company in Ningbo, the system can reach an ideal stability at a limited time with a shortened approach time, so it not only has a strong robustness, but also has a good dynamic quality.The main innovation points are listed as follows:(1) The definition of service enterprises and knowledge workers are given, and the more general knowledge workers dynamic system model in service enterprises is established. On the basic of existing knowledge workers dynamic system model, the model is simplified properly, besides, treating the number of employment and resignation as control variable, the more general knowledge workers dynamic system model is given as the first innovation point in this paper.(2) Based on sliding mode control methods, the knowledge workers dynamic system model in service enterprises is studied and the switching function is designed. Besides, three different comprehensive sliding mode control matters are studied on the basic of reaching law and equivalent control methods, therefore, this system has a strong robustness and good dynamic quality, and this is the second innovation point in this paper. Afterwards, through simulation and analysis, the management countermeasures of knowledge workers are given. It is illustrated that this method is feasible of by an example.
