Study On Rough Programming Methods Based On Synthesizing Effect

The rough programming problem exits widely in our everyday life, which is the core of all decision-making issues, and is also the basis of solving decision-making issues with rough factors, in fact, in actual life and production process, for existence of the artificial actors or the objective uncertainty or incompleteness such as fuzziness, randomness and rugosity and so on, deal conditions doesn't exist always usually. On the side of solving the uncertain issues, the fuzzy sets and rough sets are the generalization of classical sets theory. Both the fuzzy sets and rough sets can describe the uncertainty and incompleteness of the knowledge while emphasis on different parts, the fuzzy sets emphasis on the uncertainty while the rough sets emphasis on the rugosity. In this paper, we mainly study the optimization methods in the rough environment as follows;Firstly, through analysis of the difference of fuzzy sets and rough sets theory, the rough idea of the planning issues, the concept of rough programming problem is purposed and explained.Secondly, the concept of the inclusion measure and the synthesizing effection function is imported for the rough programming problem, on the basis of the objective function and constrained condition fusion, synthesizing effection function rough programming model is established, by the analysis of examples, rough programming problem is steerable.Thirdly, on account of constrained condition is rough, the objective function is the programming problem on fuzzy issues, the main index and subsidiary index is restrained and complementary, the concept of synthesizing effection function is purposed. On the basis of composition strategy of fuzzy information, synthesizing effection fuzzy rough programming model is purposed, the results of the fuzzy rough programming problem is analysised.Finally, on account of the the discussion about the convexity of the rough programming problems, the concept of the optimum and the partial rough solutions is imported, the solutions of the rough or not programming problem is discussed.
