The marine has more superiority than the land in some fields. Firstly, it has the vast area which occupies more than seventy percent of the earth area and this give more spaces for the lives to live. Secondly, its ecology environment shows diversity which consists of low temperature, the high temperature, the high pressure, the high salt content, the less shine, the barren and so on. This gives lives more special environment and it leads to some special lives to appear. Lastly, it has short time to begin to study the marine lives which has many aspects to investigate and this gives people more chances to explore this field. The South China Sea is the maritime space which nears to the equator in the four maritime spaces in China. It has more diversity ecology environments and just like the tropical rain forest has the more lives than the others. On this study, the marine actinomycete and fungi were isolated from the coral reef samples which collected from the South China Sea. These microbes were cultured with different conditions and were selected in different systems for discovering the microbes which can produce the bioactive secondary metabolite. These bioactive secondary metabolites were gotten by the methods of the big scale fermentation, the bioactive tracking using Shrimp toxicity test and antibacterial model, HPLC testing and so on. The structure of these metabolities were inferred using chemical ways. At the end, some microbes were determined by using the molecular biological way.Sixty-seven actinomycete strains and seven fungi strains were isolated from four coral reef samples using twenty different media. Two actinomycete strains and one fungi strain were selected for further study by product activity screening and comparative analysis of HPLC detection. After the screening of the culture medium and culture condition, they were cultured with a large scale of fermentation and the secondly metabolites were gotten. Then, the single compounds were obtained by means of the active substance tracking, silica gel column chromatography, HPLC purified preparation methods and so on. This single compounds were. analysed and identified with the 1H,13C NMR spectral. One of them was determined which is named streptolydigin. Finally, two actinomycete strains and some specific phenotype actinomycete strains were identified the genus by means of the molecular biology methods and found that they belong to Sreptomyci sp. and Nocardiopsis sp..
