With the rapid economic development, the rapid increase of acid rain pollution, ultravioletradiation increased, the burning of fossil fuels, aerosol and cloud brightness enhancement, parasol effectof more and more serious, greatly changed the environment for plant life, serious environmental stressforest ecosystems will inevitably have some impact, may affect plant physiology through the structure, species interactions, and even change the genetic characteristics of species, affecting the entireecosystem composition, structure and function. Therefore, the study of acid rain, UV-B and lightintensity on the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest seedlings of different species, for in-depthunderstanding of global change on forest subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest update, the impact ofcommunity dynamics and restoration of great significance. Therefore, this article selected commonZhejiang Forest tree species composition of C. glauca (Quercus glauca), Egeria glauca (Cyclobalanopsismyrsinaefolia) and Ilex (ilex integra thunb.) Seedlings as experimental material, by measuring the threeplant seedlings in different acid rain, UV-B light intensity treatments and chlorophyll fluorescenceparameters, chlorophyll content and plant height and diameter of the seasonal changes, to study andanalyze the environmental stress in seedlings of these three plant physiology and growth for theselection of the anti- seedlings to environmental stress provides a theoretical basis. Test Set: Set ofsevere acid rain (pH2.5), moderate acid (pH4.0) and control (pH5.6) three acid rain; UV-B enhancementgroup (compared with the control group increased 10% UV-B) , UV-B filter group (the control group ofabout 20% of UV-B) and control group (daylight conditions) of three UV-B treatment; and 100%, 75%and 50% of the three light intensity treatment. The results showed that:1) Three different treatment conditions acid rain subtropical evergreen broadleaf tree speciesseedlings, there is not the same as the degree of adaptation. Glauca in the heavy acid conditions cangrow better; and Egeria glauca in moderate conditions more suitable for the growth of acid rain; andIlex in the absence of acid or slightly acidic conditions to better growth.(2) UV-B treatment in different treatment conditions, 3 kinds of subtropical evergreen broadleavedseedlings, growth also showed some differences; pumilum glauca and Ilex in the UV-B radiationreduced the growth of better conditions , and C. glauca in the UV-B enhanced the growth of betterconditions. (3) Three different light on the subtropical evergreen broadleaf tree seedlings in the various growthparameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters have different effects under different treatmentconditions have some differences. But in general, three kinds of subtropical evergreen broadleaf treeseedlings in the Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo and then low-light conditions were significantly higher than the light,is tree seedlings adapt to low light environment performance.(4) C. glauca in heavy acid, enhanced UV-B and full-light conditions of growth light environment;pumilum glauca in moderate rain, filter out UV-B, full light grow well under the conditions of theenvironment; Ilex in weak acid, filter out UV-B, under full light light environment better growth.
