Study On The Democratic Mechanism Of Engineering Decision

Engineering is the important component of the modern civilization, socio-economic operation and social development. Good engineering construction and operation are not only benefit to contemporary people, but also benefit to progeny. However, the bad and failure engineering, in particular the implementation of large-scale engineering, will have a high degree of negative impact to the natural ecosystem and social system, even threat the survival of mankind. Therefore, it has an important significance to study the engineering in globalization background.On the study contents, methods and the logical framework, the topic is the democratic mechanism of engineering decision in the engineering study in the paper.
