In this paper, we discusse the local null controllability of semilinear parabolic equation. Firstly.we introduce the controllability research results of semilinear parabolic equation.More-over, by easing the nonlinear term growth restrictions, we obtain the local null controllability of semilinear parabolic equation.Secondly, we obtain the null controllability of the semilin-ear parabolic system with bounded constraints,and finally we proof the existence of the time optimal control.
