Industrial surveying fitting and equipment geometric factor analysis is a sub task, which is Supported by Doctoral Program Foundation of Institutions of Higher Education of China " Research and Development of Industrial Equipment Attitude Measurement System Based on Angle Survey" (20093718110002).This paper systematically summarizing and analyzing the mathematical principle of data analysis module for Industrial Equipment AttitudeMeasurement System.Topic mainly develop three modules, coordinate conversion, fitting and attitude analysis. Based on least squares fitting method, calculating the analyte feature point, ine, and surface, as well as all kinds of coordinate system construction and the mutual conversion method, and re-alize the fitting standard geometry,by using the 3d coordinate measurements. Combined with linear algebra and analytic geometry theory, the article summarizes the mathematical algorith-ms of various geometric elements and key elements of the position and attitude, and relation-ship of all geometric elements. Through these theories, It has developed a software data ana-lysis module using Microsoft Access database technology, SQL structured query language and ADO data connection technology in Visual Basic 6.0, the development environment. This mo-dule can convert all sorts of coordinate system, but fitting standard geometric elements, can carry out various of the geometric elements posture analysis according to actual situation.This module can be connected with real-time system database in time and amend the information of database. Practice has proved, this module can manifest the advantage of measurement system and database management combining technical, and can achieve higher fitting precision, in sit-uations of a large amounts of targets or data processing is more complex.
