Today, global energy is shortage, having huge challenges to open up new energy. Array acoustic logging is widely used in oil and gas exploration,which advantage is particularly obvious.According to several array acoustic logging instruments, this paper is detailed analysis of its structure, working mode and logging data record format in order to obtain array acoustic logging data quickly. Respectively in the time domain and frequency domain, study various extracting methods of array acoustic logging attribute information, derivate mathematical models and summarize specific processing steps. By analyzing their results indicate that methods of STC and Phase are best, which can accurately obtain correspondence between frequency and slowness and the slowness information, then find the other relevant attributes of each mode waves.Propose a simple and effective pretreatment method of array sonic logging data, according to research results, develop software of extracting the attribute information of array acoustic logging by Matlab and describe the basic steps of extraction, various initialization parameter settings and various adjustment parameters in detail. Software can extract the relevant attributes of each mode waves quickly and effectively.Finally, the extracted mode wave slowness compared to standard slowness, the result is accurate and reliable, which can meet the needs of log interpretation. By processing and analyzing oilfield logging data and full use of the extracted array acoustic logging-related attributes, it can effectively identify fluids properties of the carbonate reservoir. The development software has high value utility, which can provide reliable information for oil and gas exploration and development.
