Polarization and spontaneous well logging are mainly used to evaluate the flooded layer. By a wide range of lithology parameters experiments of laboratory rock induced polarization and spontaneous potential, establishing the micro-fine interpretation model between polarization and spontaneous potential and saturated water resistivity and cation exchange capacity, to find the formation water ore and formation water resistivity point by point, therefore, this method of well logging and interpretation has a broad application prospects in oil water.This paper introduces the induced and spontaneous well logging method of the technical center of China Petroleum Logging Company in detail, in order to obtain a higher sampling accuracy, faster data processing and intelligent control algorithm, this paper designs a complete set of logging data acquisition and processing system and PC monitoring and data processing system, achieving the high-precision measurement of laboratory rock induced and spontaneous potential, and analyzing and processing the collected data. This paper introduces the design process of electrochemical logging monitoring system in detail, mainly including the signal detection and conditioning module, the auxiliary control module, the main control module , the relay control module and the system power supply module, and giving the related design circuit.This paper introduces the design of system software in detail, mainly including the DSP software and the PC software based on the VC++6.0, the auxiliary control DSP software mainly includes the CPLD control, data storage, data reading and writing, constant current relay control and so on, the main DSP software mainly includes SCI communication, CAN communication, LCD display, touch screen control and so on; PC software mainly includes the parameters setting, on-line parameter modification, data monitoring, data storage, data processing and graphics display. This paper analysis the integrated performance of the measuring and processing system, the results show validity and rationality of design of the system, in addition, the digital filter, FFT and IFFT have been realized in the data processing, in particular, achieving the spectrum of relaxation time which includes more logging information, providing a more effective technical support for the induced polarization logging.
