More and more people are becoming interesting at kaon interferometry because of the kaon includes strange quark, and generate a great more number than other strange meson or baryon in the colliding process. The kaons are generated at very high energy and are difficult to annihilate. Another important point is the influence of resonance decay to kaon is much smaller than pion. These make kaon interferometry be a sensitive probe of QGP in the early stage of the collision. Here we discuss kaons'effect of HBT interferometry in Au+Au collision at 200 GeV with the multiphase transport model, and compare the result with pions'.First we introduce the application of intensity interferometry in the result of heavy ion collision experimental, and research the work of kaon in HBT that people have made, Then this thesis mainly discuss kaon and pion distribution of location and momentum at horizontal direction, and frozen out time spectra of final emission hardons. Conclude the two kids of meson differences of single hardon spectra. We can see that the transverse momentum of kaons is much bigger than the transverse momentum of pions. Then we analyze the correlation function of kaon and compare with pions'correlation. Extract the HBT parameters such as HBT radii fitted from space-momentum correlation and discuss the HBT radii of kaon source dependence with two-kaon transverse momentum, compare the result with the HBT radii of pion. All those are supposed be helpful for understanding the characteristic of the emission, then speculating the information of QGP.
