| The isotope has been widely applied in many fields of the national economy, and the technology of isotope separation is a pivotal link of the isotope production. At present, the main ways to separate isotope are gas diffusion, gas centrifugation, chemical exchanging, etc. Because of their high energy consumption, low efficiency and high pollution, these ways are difficult to meet the demand of higher purity and special isotope. Plasma jet mass separation uses Hall ion source as the source and the plasma beam is used as a refrigerant. Plasma jet separated by mass has many advantages, such as large current and high separating level. Therefore Plasma jet separated by mass can realize higher purity and higher productivity. This separation mechanism is suitable for various isotope separation and higher level material preparation. This paper will make a study of the Plasma jet mass separation of the structure design and electromagnetic field control particle trajectory,and focus on position realizing isotope separation the critical technical problem.The single particle orbit theory is a usual plasma analysis theory. Through using single particle orbit theory analysis, plasma movement characteristics are simple and convenient. In this paper, ion in the longitudinal section,cross section motion equation,ion focus radius expression and quality dispersion expression in axisymmetric Plasma jet mass separation will be derived according to the motion equations in ion in the single particle track. By using simulation on MATLAB in all the focus on the plane ion of the movement, the ions in the electromagnetic field of orthogonal trajectory and focus on the tracking trajectory radius will be concluded. 235U, 238U and 6Li, 7Li isotopes will be taken as the examples to analyze their trajectory and calculate the relevant quality dispersion. By comparing with traditional electromagnetic isotope separation of quality dispersion, this method is proved feasible in theory. This paper also analyzes the non-uniform electromagnetic field on ion focus radius and the influence of quality dispersion, which lays the foundation for the following analysis of nonlinear ion movement rule under the electromagnetic field .For practical design the Plasma jet mass model, this paper basing on the separation of ANSYS finite element analysis will design achieve a good separation effect of magnetic field a form. This paper also presents the magnetic circuit structure and the separator magnetic induction intensity distribution curve.In order to design the Plasma jet mass model, magnetic field a form is designed based on ANSYS finite element analysis which could achieve a good separation result.
