Raw materials used in the production of petrochemical enterprises are mostly flammable and explosive. In the process of production, storage, transportation, using and waste disposal , more and more fire and explosion occurred , the harm they caused is also becoming more and more serious. Among the production devices in petrochemical industry, control room is the commander in chief of the whole technological process. It provides centralized control and monitoring to the productive process and it can also act as the stuff's shelter. Thus control room is the most critical part in the region of production devices. Once the control room is destroyed in the explosive accidents which occur in petrochemical enterprises, the whole factory will get into paralyzed and serious damage to property will be caused, even people's life security will be in threatening situations. Therefore, there is great significance to analysis the dynamic response of petrochemical control room under blast loading and research its anti-explosion performance.Based on the above research purposes, this thesis mainly processed the following research work:(1) Based on the basic principles of explosion and research status,numerical simulation of explosionwave's generation and transmission in free air with or without obstacles is processed by virtue of the fluid-solid coupling method provided by the mature large-scale finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA, and then the explosion load is verified.Summarized the shock wave peak overpressure of the impact of different explosive distances, compared numerical simulation results with the U.S. standard TM5-1300 and empirical formulas, then checked the numerical explosion loads .(2) In this paper, the author took the real existing control room of a petrochemical enterprises as the object of study and established their numerical model with the ANSYS / LS-DYNA software. TNT equivalent method and ALE algorithm were respectively used to simulation the multiple steam explosion in petrochemicals business and achieve the fluid-solid interaction between the air and reinforced concrete structure.(3) Using the above model , the dynamic response of petrochemical control room structure under the effect of different quality of explosives has been calculated. Analysis of the numerical results, a corresponding explosion loads and structural deformation characteristics, response characteristics of movement forms were obtained .Took the deformation of the whole structure into account, the author analysis the failure mechanism of the structural elements belong to the petrochemical control room in different blast loads and provided some basis for petrochemical control room structure design under the blast load.(4) The numerical results were compared with international standards under the same blast loads ,which makes the reliability of the numerical simulation results verified.
