With the development of relative technology, slow light Optics have become an area with great practical application potential. Slow light Optics will play an inportmant role in the frontier science and become a researching hotspot in the 21th century.This paper firstly introduces some basic concept, method of formation and research situation in the area of slow light Optics. Meantime, it introduces some basic concept and research situation in the area of photorefractive solitons and ultra-slow light solitons.Then this paper discusses the possibility of generating EIT in three different atomic models:Λtype, V type and Cascade type. And we use the theory of Quantum Mechanics to explain the result.Moreover, we generate some special three wave mixing and four wave mixing using the characteristic of slow light and EIT. In the process of researching FWM, we use three models: doubleΛmodel,Λ-V model and cascade-Λmodel, to generate the expecting FWM.At last, we try to get a kind of solition whose shape remains invariant when propagating no matter in time domain or space domain. Firstly, we generate the photovoltaic spatial solitons through the two-photon photorefractive effect and two wave mixing effect. Then in the time domain, we use the method of standard scale to generate the ultra-slow light soliton in theΛtype atomic model.In summary, in this paper we firstly generate the slow light by the method of EIT and then discuss some special nonlinear optical phenomena generated by the character of slow light. Finally, we establish a sort of soliton whose shape remains invariant in both time domain and space domain.
