In this paper, the growth of fishery resources is supposed as the multi-generational coexistence Logistic model, and Nash equilibrium conditions which satisfies multi-agent games is used to get the total harvested function ,and the two-dimensional dynamic model of multi-agent games in public fishery resources is established. Put forward the coexistence of multiple generations of multi-agent game model with a nonlinear function of harvest of fishery resources, the non-linear dynamic analysis methods are used to analyze the existence of positive fixed points, local stability of the model. And numerical simulation is used to verify model. The theory of a mapping that denominator is zero is used to get feasible attractive basin boundary to analyze the global bifurcation, and numerical simulation is used to get conditions of extinction. Discrete dynamical system by analyzing the local and global dynamics; received in the market price and the natural growth rate under the given conditions, the current amount of resources there is at what range the system has regenerativecapacity what the state will be stable, the current amount of resources there at what range the system will dry up. To resource managers, if the current resource capacity is exhausted there is scope to artificially interfere with the system to ensure sustainable use of resources.
