Based on 230Th dates andδ18O data of DG24, high resolution oxygen isotope records of annually-laminated stalagmites from DaoGuan Caves in the north of Pu An county Gui Zhou province provide a high resolution(average four yr) detail history of the East Asian Summer Monsoon (EASM). This record indicated the time of 13.5-10.2 kaB.P. and further to explore the stalagmite laminae and the feather of East Asian Monsoon in early Holocene.About 5mm average laminae thickness of DG24 has continuous clean annual layer between 0-760mm. A time series of early holocene monsoon variability is reconstructed on about 2 U/Th dates,1382 annual layer counting result and 380 oxygen data. This is one of the highest-precisionδ18O record in the world. An anuual layer-counted and 230Th-dated stalagmiteδ18O record of DG24, with an average four years resolution, reveals a detail information about the Early Holocene.Chinese stalagmite DG24 has the similarδ18O record with GICC05. It means that we can find climate variability relation the remote areas. From stalagmiteδ13C record and laminae-thickness, It is advantageous for us to estimate the varieties of CO2 productivity of the cover soil near the cave. Stalagmite 813C record could also reflect the cave area vegetationIn the Arctic Pole area the trigger for PBO event was assumed to be a sudden oscillation of cold melt water released into the Atlantic Ocean. The climate warming at the start of the Holocene had caused the melting of the Scandinavian ice sheet and in large lakes that had formed during the Weichselian. As a result the thermohaline circulation slowed down. The different point is that on the stalagmiteδ18O record of DG24 it is an unobvious oscillation of PBO event.
