J/ψ→φK+K-和J/ψ→φπ+π- decay channels have rich physics content. Studying them will do help to understand candidates which to fit the I=0,JPC=0++ nonet:σf0(600),f0(980),f0(1370),f0(1500),f0(1710),f0(1790)etc.In J/ψ→φπ+π-,we can find f0(980),f0(1370),f0(790)and other resonances clearly. Determining these scalar meson's parameters accurately in experiment can help us to understand the QCD at the low energy limit.Besides, these two channels had been studied in BES-Ⅱand f0(1790)was found, that need confirmation at BESⅢ.Using the 225 Million J/ψsample collected by BESⅢ,We have done a combined partial way analysis for J/ψ→φK+K-和J/ψ→φπ+π- decay channels to study the components in K+K- andπ+π- invariant mass, measured the resonances'parameters precisely. We get the J/ψ→φK+K- and J/ψ→φπ+π- total branch fractions are as the following: Br(J/ψ→φK+K-)=(9.25±0.08±0.15)×10-4 (0-3) Br(J/ψ→φπ+π-)=(10.11±0.06±0.17)×10-4 (0-4)According to the best solution of partial wave analysis,we get the mass, width and branching ratios of all the intermediate states. They are as the following table: The work on this paper have three important features. Firstly, the parameters of f0(980) are all measure precisely by doing a combine partial wave analysis. Secondly, the strong peak inπ+π- invariant mass around 1350 MeV/c2 is due to the interference of f0(1370) and f2(1270), and this is also the clearest signal to date of f0(1370). Thirdly, there is another state center at 1780 MeV/c2 called f0(1790), which spin is 0.f0(1790) is distinct from f0(1710) not only their mass and width are not the same, but also f0(1790) strong decay toππand rarely decay to KK, which is very different from f0(1710) that decay to KK dominantly.
