| With the mechanization of coal mining and improvement of coal-mining technology, long and broad full-mechanized working face has been gaining more and more popularity in the coal mine industry. Besides the enhancement of safe actual mining technology, the accurate forecast of the occurrence of geological structure in the full mechanized working face is one of the critical factors to guarantee the safe and efficient production of a mine. The radio-wave penetration technology is characterized by high speed, lightweight and low cost, and is widely adopted in mines for geophysical prospecting. However, the existing coal mine penetration system and relevant software is defective, especially in that they are not applicable in prospecting long and broad full-mechanized working faces. This has restricted the application of the radio-wave penetration technology.Based on the basic radio-wave penetration theory, through the research on the current radio-wave penetration observation system, in combination with the advantages of the observation system of seismic method and DC prospecting, this thesis proposes the principle of the observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver, and recompiles the CT software system of radio-wave penetration. After a series of experiments, together with the equipment adjustment, data consistency and data process, the characteristics of the observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver is analyzed in depth. The result indicates the observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver is well applicable in long and broad full mechanized working faces, and the prospecting result meets the anticipation. In combination with ground and underground tests, key techniques involved in the observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver and its data processing are researched. The observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver is applied in prospecting geologic abnormal body in full-mechanized working faces to replace the traditional observing system of one-transmitter and one-receiver, which improves the data collecting speed and increases transmission data, and meanwhile reduces the working intensity of technical workers. Based on the collecting data characteristics of the observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver, a method to rectify and process data collected by this system is put forward, a software system is compiled to process the radio-wave penetration CT data, and the conditions for using the observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver to penetrate mines are finally met.The system is experimented and applied in 30 full-mechanized working faces of Huainan coal mine, and the actual mining in some working faces have returned positive feedback, which further supports the strong practicability of the observing system of one-transmitter and two-receiver of the radio-wave penetration. |
