Take Sanjiang plain typical wetland plants——Deyeuxia angustifolia for research object, application LI-6,400 portable photosynthesis analyzer under the conditions of observation and control of natural communities angustifolia different photosynthetic parameters and determination of leaf light response curve or chlorophyll fluorescence. The field observation results show that:①typical meadows Deyeuxia of meadow slightly higher than the Deyeuxia swamp, such as Pn and Tr, and both the significantly higher than swamp Deyeuxia; the Cond and Ci of typical meadows Deyeuxia angustifolia are significantly lower than the other two populations Deyeuxia; WUE of both typical meadows Deyeuxia and the meadow Deyeuxia swamp are higher than the swamp Deyeuxia; typical meadows Deyeuxia grew best, the meadows Deyeuxia grow better, swamp Deyeuxia is inhibit;②The Pmax and a and Lsp of typical meadows Deyeuxia are higher than swamp the meadow Deyeuxia's, and both of the are higher than the swamp Deyeuxia's; LCP of typical meadows Deyeuxia is lower than two other significantly, its lower Lcp and higher LSP show that, it has higher light use scope than the others.Indoor observations show:①50% moisture conditions Deyeuxia stomatal conductance of the highest, indicating that the material exchange more smoothly number; 80%,120%,150% of the three water conditions Deyeuxia stomatal conductance did not change significantly, the intercellular CO2 concentration and net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance and transpiration rate decreased with the increase or decrease along; 20% of the water conditions Deyeuxia stomatal conductance and transpiration rate is consistently low, high intercellular CO2 concentration, internal and external environment, material exchange is not smooth;③50% moisture conditions Deyeuxia potential photochemical efficiency of PS II highest, non-cyclic photosynthetic electron transport rate highest the lowest and the highest qP qN value; contrast,20% of the water conditions Deyeuxia chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the lowest, on behalf of PS II antenna pigments absorb light energy in the form of heat energy consumption of some proportion of qN the highest, said the water conditions on the leaflets of the most significant chapter of the photosynthetic water system under Deyeuxia said the most serious injury. The other three water conditions Deyeuxia Although chlorophyll fluorescence parameters change, but changes were significantly different degree of less than 20% moisture conditions.
