Based on their configuration samples and Anshan iron and steel factory copper iron concentrate, tailings for measurement target, the X CRT inspire portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer, conduct sample of change and detector internal water content between water samples window and exploration of the change in the thickness of the primary X-ray and characteristic X-ray strength variations and scattering peak change influence studies and calibration. This paper studies into two aspects, water effect of internal water on target for sample X-ray absorption characteristics of elements and the coherent and incoherent scattering ray strengthened; On the other hand for sample external water (instrument agent with samples of water between window for its impact.) This paper, by theory and experiment data analysis, X-ray fluorescence in moisture measurement of the spectral lines exist in information, and to realize the extraction and calculus introduced by the influence of moisture, correcting for X-ray fluorescence undersea application. Theoretically, This paper main achievements made in the:The samples were within the water and the water layer in the spectrum analysis of the information extracted from the water to realize the impact of the introduction of correction, the X fluorescent theoretical research submarine applications. This main achievements are:1. Ray strength with scattering established to determine the thickness of the water samples of mathematical equations, the influence of water for quantitative correction laid a theoretical basis.2. Through the experiment is characteristic X-ray and primary rays with the scattering rays moisture change rule: (1) Characteristic X-ray strength with the increase of internal water samples and gradually abate, when water to a certain extent change curves remained stable.(2) Characteristic X-ray intensity with the increase of outer layer thickness samples according to index attenuation, scattering ray strength increases with water thickness, finally tend to be unchanged.3. Experimental results show that:1) Through the calibration samples of target elements of water content characteristic X-ray strength effects, Fe, Cu elements after correction X-ray count and characteristics of no water samples between measured the relative error of the results in less than 10%.2) For Cu element when water thickness is less than 3mm, Fe element when water for less than 2mm of thickness of calibration models, this paper are all effective correction of Cu, Fe layers of thickness of the characteristic X-ray strength element influence.3) Through the calibration target for the thickness of the water element characteristic X-ray strength for Cu elements affecting thickness in 0 ~ when water 3mm change, Fe element when water for 0 ~ 2mm changes in thickness, Fe, Cu elements after adjustment characteristics and no water X-ray count measured between situation in the relative error less than 10%.Been to see samples of the internal water and external water samples after the correction can effectively overcome the effect of water...
