With the development of multi-wave and multi-component seismic exploration technology in depth, it's possible to provide more evidence for complex reservoir descriptions by making use of multiple prestack inversion of seismic data to get more lithologic parameters, and it is a much-needed study issue for oil and gas exploration. Meanwhile, there is great practical value that high precision VSP seismic data used in prestack inversion which can improve the ability to obtain lithological parameters for reservoir prediction and identification escort. In this paper, basing on the surface seismic model, the author used generalized linear inversion method to verify the applicability of inversion method and then applied the method over to the VSP seismic model, to determine the reliability of inversion. With using the 3D multi VSP seismic data in a block, by prestack joint inversion of P-P and P-SV waves, it was obtained the three-dimensional lithologic parameters volume, and the author explained the inversion lithologic parameters of the area, to determine the corresponding relationship between inversion parameters and reservoir bed, and it has verified the method and the inversion results of correctness, as it can provide reference to hydrocarbon prediction. The major research work includes the following aspects:(1) On the basis of the analysis pre-stack inversion theory, the author described the physical basis of the inversion, and discussed the characteristic theory of AVA response and prestack inversion.(2)Based on the characteristic equation of VTI media, the author simulated forward modeling of seismic response of the geological model with non-incremental velocity, in order to provide a theoretical record to verify the applicability of generalized linear inversion method.(3) By the inversion of theoretical model of surface seismic and VSP, the applicability of generalized linear inversion method was verified.(4) Upon completion of the pre-stack inversion of the theoretical VSP model, the author processed the inversion of actual three-dimensional prestack data, and obtained the profile of lithologic parameters.(5) Last, the author took contrastive interpretation of the three-dimensional inversion lithologic parameters, and analyzed the corresponding relations and characteristics between inversion parameters and reservoir, to verify the method and accuracy of the inversion results.
