This paper studies the stability and permanence of the Juvenile/Adult Ricker competition model (one specie has the age structure, including the juvenile stage and adult stage, the other specie remains unstructured). Using Lyapunov exponent we analyze the dynamic behaviors of this model, and obtain the existence of the multiple mixed-type attractor (by multiple mixed-type attractors we mean a scenario that include at least one coexistence attractor and at least one exclu-sion attractor) which explains the multiple mixed-type attractor phenomenon that found in the lab by Park.
