| Beier depression is located in the mid-south part of Hailaer basin, and it is a rift controlled by a series of northeast trending normal faults and NEE fault zone (such as Huoduomoer fault zone). the paper focus on the seismic data interpretation and researching structural characteristics. On the basis of the 3D seismic data, Geological and logging information, and by the application of structural geology, seismic sedimentology and other theories, we interpret the 3D seismic data of beier depression using of advanced geophysical technologies. And the important thing is that we can identify the regional unconformity interface and trace it, and establish the isochronal stratum framework in the guidance of sequence stratigraphy.we use the 3D grid technology of double-fox software, then convert isochronal map to isobathic structural map. We make the maps of tectonic evolution history using the 2D-move software. we discuss the tectonic style of beier depression, and study the distribution of faults which control the deposition in different evolutionary stages.Three important seismic reflection interfaces T5, T22 and T04 in Beier depression represent important unconformities, by which the basin can be divided into three major structural layer that are rifted structural layer, fault sag structural layer, depression structural layer. The major faulted structure zones in depression develop on NEE and NNE, which take shape early and control the formation of the basin. Northwest faulted zone formed late and rework beginning structure. Extensional.structure,compressional. structure, strike-slip structure, Interformational sliding structural and other styles co-exist in the study area at the same time, structural characteristics are very complex. Structural history indicates study area had experienced four stagesa which are strong rift period, fault sag period, fault sag atrophy period and depression period. Structural pool and structural lithologic composite oil pool are the main reservoir form, tectonic controls the distribution of hydrocarbon source rocks, oil and gas migration and accumulation, and affected the distribution of trap formation and oil and gas. Unconformity in the study area is an important migration channels and good storage space. NEE and NNE structural zone in Beier depression is favorable for oil and gas accumulation zones in the study area. |
