As the first application of geophysical methods used, magnetic prospecting as low cost, high efficiency, easy operation, low working conditions and in various stages of geological surveys are widely used. After more than a century of development, magnetic prospecting in various magnetite bed exploration and archaeological exploration of the census plays an important role.Magnetic prospecting is to be part of field exploration. It has two significant features: First, the volume of exploration, which is underground magnetic anomalies within the earth from the surface to the source of all the combined effect of the corresponding field; the second is often only observed the surface plane or a height of a component. Thus abnormalities in magnetic prospecting in the conversion especially compared to other geophysical methods. The total strength of the magnetic field is a vector, is a function of distance from the field theory we know that can be expressed as a function of a bit, then the field function is called magnetic positions.Potential field at space conversion play an important role in conversion and processing of potential field, which includes up translation (upward continuation) and down conversion (downward continuation) of two main elements. Its essence is the use of surface observations to the potential field values are translated with the mathematical space of a height or a certain depth below the surface location of the potential field values. Because of the space potential field at any point in the value of the size and the scene of the point source is inversely proportional to the square of the distance, so when the position depth of anomaly sources are not the same time, it's unusual size of the observation plane position changes with the rate of change is not the same. Upward continuation can suppress shallow anomalies and highlighting the deep regional anomaly. Downward continuation can suppress the deep anomalies and highlighting the shallow position anomaly.In this paper, reference and international research has been based on the results, the use of magnetic prospecting data processing method in space domain. Mainly for to do a comparative study of optimal separation of superimposed magnetic anomalies better Methods for position of space on the magnetic anomaly field continuation separation technology.
