This paper mainly considers the problem of adaptive output tracking of high-order uncertain nonlinear systems. Combining back stepping design with the adding a power in-tegrator, a smooth adaptive controller based on the Lyapunov stability theory is designed, which dominates global stability of closed-loop system, and the output of the high-order nonlinear systems can track a prescribed reference signal. The numerical example verifies the effectiveness of the conclusion.
