Since the production in October 2001, QHD32-6 Oilfield has presented the characteristics of early water breakthrough, rapid water cut rising rate and low recovery degree, which is mainly owing to high oil viscosity, ineffective avoidance of perforation in bottom-water reservoir and shortage of pertinence in layer division. Therefore, it needs to further study on a rational development model and the division of development layers according to the geological reservoir characteristics. In order to solve all kinds of questions existing in the development of offshore oilfield, we have attempted to virtually develop the QHD32-6 Oilfield by using Daqing Oilfield development model referring to its development experience with ordered development, advanced level and fine work.In this paper, Duandong Block in Beiyi area of Daqing Oilfield and QHD32-6 Oilfield are compared from the respects of structural characteristics, sedimentary characteristics, oil layer characteristics, reservoir characteristics and fluids properties. Results show that, the two blocks are very similar to each other in geologic characteristics which has laid the foundation for virtual development. On the premise of summarizing development layer series, well patterns and producer injector spacing of Duandong Block in Beiyi area, combining with the actual situation of QHD32-6 Oilfield, make the development plan of offshore oilfield using onshore development model, which includes layers division, well pattern arrangement, allocation of production and injection rates and avoidance of perforation in bottom-water reservoir etc. And impose limits on the maximum liquid production rate, maximum production pressure differential, minimum bottom hole pressure and economic water cut of production wells and injection rate and maximum bottom hole pressure of injection wells while forecasting, which has formed the indicators forecasting method adapted to offshore oilfield using onshore development model. And finally simulate the changing of all indicators of QHD32-6 Oilfield developed with the development model of Duandong Block in Beiyi area using numerical simulation based on the geological model of North Block of QHD32-6 Oilfield. Researches show that, after the whole process of development with basic well pattern, primary infilled well pattern, secondary infilled well pattern and polymer flooding, it forecasts that the oil recovery degree of QHD32-6 Oilfield is 24.8% thirty years later, which is 8.8% higher than the prediction value with present well pattern.
