With the improvement of the living conditions, people are increasely demand of the diversity and the high quality of the food.Frozen food needs grow rapidly, the Third-party cold-chain logistics will get a bigger development.But at present the Third-party cold-chain logistics is just at beginning, the procedure is not standardized. The particularity of the cold-chain logistics makes the company maybe pay a high price to compensate for their losses of the unnecessary or repeated procedures.So the paper will optimizes the procedure of the Third-party cold-chain logistics to improve distribution efficiency and reduce the company cost.At present, there is a variety of modeling to describe the process, but due to the intuitive graphic representation and strict mathematical analysis characteristics of the Petri nets, which becomes priority in the discrete event modeling means. The trigger of the cold-chain logistics flow needs certain time, also the time is important index to measure the cold-chain logistics efficiency,So the paper uses the stochastic Petri nets to model the process,which is close to the actually.The paper introduces the characteristics and the development present situation of the cold chain, points out the Third-party cold-chain logistics will achieve rapid development. and then detailed description of the process and with the stochastic Petri nets to model the Beijing Oriental friendship cold-chain logistics company process. Petri nets mathematical analysis method analyse the structural of model, and points out that the model is a boundedness, activity and accessibility; using the Markov chain process to make performance analysis, and points out that the process of the bottlenecks and key link. Based on it improve the process. Make the structure and performance analysis to the optimized process, at result it greatly shorten the time and increase the efficiency, which is practical in the actual company.
