with the rapid development of technology, people's requirements on crystal optical devices are highly improved, Various new technology was used in the optical field. The study of the nature of the beam which spread in the crystal have raised great interest. As it is an important theoretical issues of modern optical equipment design and optical equipment processing, such as the study of the reflectivity and transmissivity when a beam on different kinds of crystal surface. Play a very important role in the choice of optical receiver crystal in the optical communication. And it is helpful to increase the sensitivity of optical receiver. In this paper, According to refractivity plane, geometric drawing method, boundary relations of the electromagnetic field and based on the phenomena of double refraction in crystals, the reflectivity and transmissivity are deduced when an extraordinary beam is incident from an isotropic medium upon a crystal with optical axis is arbitrary. And it is also give the reflectivity and transmissivity when an extraordinary beam is incident from an isotropic medium upon a biaxial crystal with optical axis is in the incident plane. The reflectivity and transmissivity can be deduced by the quantity which can be obtained easily by measure, so the methods give by this paper is sample and practical.
