The viscosity plays an important role in astrophysics and nuclear physics.Recent years, the astronomical observations data (such as Type Ia super-novae,the probing of the cosmic microwave background anisotropy and constraints fromlarge scale structure) has proved that our universe is going through a phase ofaccelerated expansion at the present time. How to explain the acceleration ofthe universe has been a frontiers of today's cosmology. People have proposedmany kinds of theories to explain the acceleration and among these theories thebest one is dark energy. It argues that our universe is homogenously full of somefantastic "matter" whose pressure is negative, and can provide the exclusionwhich counteract the gravitation, therefore it drives the acceleration. So far, lotsof dark energy scenarios have been proposed, and each of them has some advantageand shortage. In this paper, we first introduce the background knowledge of modern cosmology, including fundamental theory, standard cosmological model and inflationin the early universe. Then, we introduce several dark energy models, such as dynamicsscalar field, Chaplygin gas model and its generalized models, holographicdark energy and agegraphic dark energy, etc. After that, we fully research the influence of viscosity for the evolution of theuniverse. We introduces the viscosity, which can be used as one of the candidatesfor cosmology difficult. Thus, it can be applied to the modern cosmological fields. We mainly apply it for the holographic dark energy and agegraphic dark energywith interaction. From the density parameter and equation of state, we can seethat our discussions without loss of generality. Further more, we discuss the interactingnew agegraphic dark energy with viscosity. The evolutions of relatedcosmological quantities such as density parameter, the equation of state and reconstructthe scalar field are discussed, from which we can also clearly see thathow the viscosity influence the evolution of the scalar fields.
