Erp System Users' Personal Benefit Influencing Factors

In this information era, the ability to apply information technology is of vital importance to the competitive advantage of enterprises, and information technology has gradually gained recognition. Confronted with international competition, it is the consensus of companies to elevate competitive advantage through the application of ERP systems. It becomes the urgent task for companies to fully utilize the inner information in order to adapt to the market environment of continuous and unanticipated change. However, problems exist in the enforcement process of ERP system of domestic enterprises, thus the research on the enforcement and application of ERP system in domestic companies is of grand operation significance. This research focuses on the analysis of benefits of ERP user, tries to figure out the key influential factors, and then provides practical suggestions for enterprises.In this research, it is believed that organization factors and user individual variables affect the benefits of ERP user. Based on a comprehensive literature review, this research adopts the information system success model proposed by Delone and Mclean, selects system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction and will to use as moderator, and discuss the influence mechanism of organizational factor and user individual variables on user individual benefits. In the research of organizational factor when enterprises actualize ERP, this thesis proposes top management support, project team cooperation, user involvement as three organizational dimensions based on a review of literatures on determining factors of successful ERP implementation; and adopts self-efficiency of computer user as individual different factor.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis of 108 valid questionnaires, four main conclusions are reached:(1) Top management support has significant positive effect on system quality,information quality, service quality, will to use and user individual benefits.(2) Project team cooperation has significant positive effect on system quality,service quality, will to use, user satisfaction and user individual benefits.(3) User involvement significantly and positively influences information quality,service quality, will to use, user satisfaction and user individual benefits.(4) Self-efficiency of computer user has significant positive effect on service quality, will to use, user satisfaction and user individual benefits.Based on the real example analysis, the last part of this thesis put forwards thedeficiency of this research and proposes some suggestions and outlook for future researches.
