The worldwide software industry has been developing rapidly. However, the software industry in China lags behind the global advanced level. Therefore, the continuable development of software enterprises should be highly focused. The whole essay is divided into six parts as follows:Chapter One: General introduction of the continuable development of software enterprises. Firstly, deep analysis of the concept of"continuable development of enterprises". Secondly, classification of medium and small software enterprises. Thirdly, current status of the medium and small software enterprises in China. Chapter Two: Coordination of the resources of software industry and insistence of the development policy of big dimension. Based on the current status of the medium and small software enterprises in China, the point that the software enterprises should develop along the road of big dimension and collectivization is further strengthened.Chapter Three: Establishment of accurate direction of development and reference of Indian model. Introduction of the concept of Business Process Outsourcing (BPS). Analysis of the reasons for the high development of the BPS in Indian software industry and its main problem.Chapter Four: Promotion of the continuable development of enterprises through the method of project management. Research of the project management method suitable for software enterprises on the basis of the current status of software enterprises. Suggestions for the project management of small software enterprises.Chapter Five: Establishment of enterprise encouragement policy is the basic guarantee of the continuable development. Analysis on the characteristics of the human resources of research and development in software industry. Further analysis on the reasons for the frequent fluid of human resources of research and development. Construction of encouragement mechanism of research and development human resources.Conclusion of the macro and micro environments for the continuable development of software enterprises.
