For the European government, they should make more detailed favored policies and guarantee measures, supply the necessary information Chinese enterprises need, open"Green Channel"for those coming to invest Euro, encourage local banks to provide suitable financing for Chinese enterprises, and so on. It is sure that under the effort of enterprises and governments, both of them will get much more benefits.
