The thesis is composed of six chapters.The first chapter---leadin. The purpose of writing this thesis is illustrated briefly in this chapter.In the second chapter, three cases from different enterprises are analysed and we will see the importance of execution. The definition and essential factors of the executive power are also analysed. They provide this thesis with the analysis frame.In the third chapter, firstly, we analyses current situations of CNC FUZHOU BRANCH. By analyzing the competitive strategy and inner resource, the necessity for carrying out otherness competitive strategy which is made by CNC seems quite clear.In the forth chapter, according to the analysis in chapter one, we could see that the biggest problems in CNC FUZHOU BRANCH is the unmatched problem in organization structure and competitive strategy. And then we expatiate that current human resource of CNC is not suitable for a well—executed company.In the fifth chapter, According to the problem we mentioned in the third chapter, suggestions are supplied from many different points, such as: organization structure, human resource and so on.In the sixth chapter, a conclusion is supplied.
