| Corruption has been an important problem of China, for it has been displayed in every fields including politic, economic and common life. And finance is the core of modern economy, financial market is the artery of market economic system and mostly form of market configure. Because financial industry displays in every fields and is a high risk special one, once financial institution appears crisis ,it will arise chain reaction and systemic storm in the all financial system . The sequence will exceed financial industry itself, result in chaos of economic order and even serious economic and political crisis. This dissertation is on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and definition of corruption , then analysis the financial corruption. By analyzing the characteristics and cause and dynamic game theory of financial corruption, expatiating the influence of economic and financial security , put forward the countermeasure of anti-corruption. |
