The chain operation about retail trade as a kind of corner-stone marketing is core competition among the cooperation and development of chain members. It will bring with evolution of the marketing system , resulting in the structure variation among chain organizations divide and rule definitely ,tightly and response actively ,in the end ,come to the win-win situation.Through analyzing the marketing environment of the appliance terminal. The author analyses the external environment elaborately and recent situation of the appliance chain , combining with the practical working experience and did a research , putting forward the marketing strategy of the appliance chain,such as product , price promotion place ads service information management and so on. It hopes to offer a useful reference about the continuously competent advancement , then come to the short-term and the long-term target, including the developing strategy of the appliance chain as well.
