Highway Business Budget Management Information Research

In the information age, on the basis of investigating and studying to some highway operation enterprises, this article proposes it to develop the budget management informationization system and the budget management information system according to the budget management problem of highway operation enterprises. This article starts from the analysis of the budget theory,the information theory and technology, through the guidance of advanced management thought of the information age, and it also proposes to establish the actual budget management informationization system and the budget management information system under the environment of enterprise informationization, at last it explains the functional modules design of this budget management information system.This article takes the applied research as the main goal. First of all we analyze the elementary budget management theory and the elementary informationization theory to introduce the budget management principle,the budget technology and the enterprise informationization theory and so on. Secondly, through the concrete budget management information system functional modules design of the MS operating enterprise, we expect to provide the guidance to some highway operating enterprises which are going to set up budget management informationization system.
